Different Skimboards for Different Rides

In my opinion having a few different skimboards on hand is always a plus. Depending on how the waves are that particular day, you may want to use a different board. Skimboards are all built in a way to withstand the waves. Some boards may give you bad rides if you use it on the wrong day. Also, depending on what kind of mood you are in, you could use a different board for a different ride.

• Squash: are for long easy rides
• Bullet: are used for fast bullet like rides
• Long Board: are generally for tricks once in the waves
• Short Board: are used for quick turning, skatboard like tricks
• Fish tail: generally easier to hold for a petite person
• Narrow: for going on rides for long distances
